Rant & Rave: Empaths

Empaths....
There are so many people out there that claim to be Empathic, in truth there is nobody on this earth that is not empathic. Just like everything, some are more prone to the energies of an empath then others. Some are born more sensitive then others but it does not mean that they are more susceptible to the energies, they just basically have a head start sotospeak. These Empaths that I have personally come into contact with as I cannot nor will I even state I am talking about ever empath out there as there are a multitude of them and they all are different but I am speaking on one aspect. Anyways back to my little rant and ramble
They make excuses as to their health is so bad because they are an empath, they cannot be around a large crowd because they are empathic and they cant stand to be around so many emotions at once, There are so many other excuses to boot. Yes they would be correct in stating that The reasons for their excuses would be that they are Empathic. BUT.... It is not because they ARE empathic alone. It IS because they do not know how to work with their skills, they have not learned the proper groundwork in order to sustain the energy and not let it affect you as much.
For example if there was a man with a gun and a target, there was nothing in the targets way, no protection, nothing. The man with the gun shoots and strikes the Target. The Target is now down on the ground in pain, and holding on for life. This is an example of what Empaths go through daily, IF, they do not do their groundwork, if they do not know of protection and of clearing their space. You may think that the whole bullet and life scenario is a bit much but it is not, not in my view. Can you imagine soaking up all those energies daily and not ever clearing them out? The bullet is looking a bit nicer isnt it? lol.
Now take the same situation, But this time there is not a clear shot. The Person in this scenario has protection all around, they have a bulletproof vest, they have trees and other things in the way of the bullet and so when the person shoots, He has a highly unlikely chance of hurting the person as much as he would have without any of the protection. And even if he did hit the person, he has a protection vest on and so it would leave an imprint but one that would heal fast.
So you can see that if an Empath studies their skills, and uses proper grounding, protections that they can still be in crowded places and not be hugely effected. They can learn to let go and not bring everything home with them.
My words are not trying to be from Judgment but from love. I know that Empaths suffer a great deal and I know that they don't have to and So I hope that my words can have some sort of effect in letting you know that You don't have to shy away from situations you don't truly want to but feel you have to. You just need to learn to protect yourself. Granted, some emotions will come Strong regardless, But with the proper tools you can allow it to be and let it go, do not ever let it stay or linger in your space. Be strong, be who you are, Know that you do not have to suffer for being a child of divinity or having any empathy. Learn to channel it productively and in a way that you do not have to claim it as your own energy therefore not allowing it to hinder you.

Dream Journal: An Interesting Dream
So Last Night I had quite an interesting dream lol. I don't know what city I was in but I know it was a city and I was with a family of sorts. There were children there and My brother was there and his roommate was there. We all walked into this house which I knew was haunted or had a lot of spirit residue in. We were in the house kind of wandering, doing our thing and then a few things happened and everyone started to kind of freak, there was a lot of spirit activity and I was trying to keep the kids calm, we all would go into a certain room together and stick together, Finally we ended up in a living room and I was sitting down and we were talking about something and the radio station turned on by itself and I got a sort of vision. I knew that there had been a mass murder in this place, that the center of this energy was a blond woman very beautiful who was drowned I believe. I was relaying this message to someone in the room, not sure who or why... But then I was talking to the girl her name started with a C and i cant fully remember it now. Her father killed her. She was in love with some guy that he either didn't approve of or something and so he basically took her life from allowing her to leave his watch. I told her that I was there to help here, that If she needed to talk she can and I will listen, I will help her move on as this place is not her place anymore, that she has more exciting things awaiting her... And then I Woke up..

I wonder at times if you would rather run and hide
then to look me in the eye,
